When I was little I discovered the world of Calvin & Hobbes and it changed my life forever. That very summer I decided that I too was going to be an artist, and one of the first things I ever drew was a picture of Spider-Man. I started with one piece of paper and when I ran out of room I taped another to it, then another, and another one. By the time I had finished there were about a dozen sheets of paper all taped together forming a sprawling page with Spider-Man emblazoned in the middle. I was so proud of the finished piece that I insisted on hanging it on the wall ...and taking it with us on vacation. A creative seed had been planted in me and from that day onward I never stopped dreaming.
